Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing this site you are agreeing to the terms that appear below.

1. Site purpose

The purpose of this site is to allow you to select and purchase goods offered by this site. As a user you will be able to access material on most areas of the site without registering.

We do, however, reserve the right to refuse to sell products to any user for whatever reason. We may exercise this right without notice.

2. Content Rights

The copyright and all other rights of all the material on and relating to the site (including but not limited to website design, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software) are owned by us or their content and technology providers or the material is included with the permission of the rights owner. As a visitor to this site, you may retrieve and display content from the site on a computer screen and print out individual pages from the site on paper for the sole purpose of placing an order with us or using information from the website for the selection of products. Copying, modifying, or transmitting for any other purpose is strictly prohibited except with prior written permission from us. You may not commercially exploit any of the content. You acknowledge our respective trademarks and trade names and that you may not use them.

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes at any time to any part of these Terms and Conditions.

All such changes will be published in the text on this site. If you use the site after any changes have been published you are agreeing to be bound by those changes.

4. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise out of, under, or in connection with the use of this site and the purchase of goods from us, and to submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

5. Disclaimer

Except as specifically stated on the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or the information shown on the site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

6. Refund/Return Policy

Please make sure you check all items thoroughly before signing for your order. If when opened the product is faulty you must contact us within 48 hours to arrange for one of our specialists to inspect the machine. Items will be looked at and any problems will be rectified on-site under the manufacturer's warranty terms.

If the outer packaging is damaged on delivery please ensure the courier signs to this effect.

Refunds or exchanges can only be given if goods are damaged upon arrival or at the managements discretion.

7. Pricing

All Prices will be quoted on this Website at the current price on the date of order excluding VAT at the current rate.

8. Delivery

Delivery is free of charge to the customer only (Excluding manual softeners and accessories). If the delivery cannot be made due to the deliverers being unable to access the premises because nobody is on site then a re-delivery charge will be made, the customer is responsible for this charge. Delivery periods and dates are given in good faith and are only estimations. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding bank hoildays between the hours of 9am - 5pm. No Liability will attach to TT Commercial Trading Ltd. if the delivery period or dates are not met for any reason whatsoever.

It is the customer's responsibility to check access to their site and to supply full information regarding the site and access. All machine dimensions are available on this site. Any access issues should be clearly stated in advance. If upon arrival the deliverers cannot complete the task due to site restrictions, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred, including re-stocking fees, re-deliveries, specialist equipment or additional man power. No liability will attach to TT Commercial Trading Ltd.

9. Cancellation/Re-stocking Fees

If a machine is ordered and has left the distribution centre and the customer cancels the order a re-stocking fee will be charged. If a machine is ordered and the customer wants to exchange it as they have incorrectly ordered and the machine has not been used in any way then the machine will be taken back and a re-stocking fee will be charged. In this case the machine will be collected and sent back to the distribution centre and a full inspection will be carried out on the machine. If the machine is found to have been used in anyway or damaged then this will be chargeable to the customer.

The re-stocking fee is 25% of the total machine value.

10. Warranties

Warranties are supplied by the machine manufacturers. Warranties supplied by these manufacturer's are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Warranties are for the machines only. Warranties do not cover or include site services, pipe work, cabling and connections. TT Commercial Trading Ltd, will not be liable for any loss or damage (loss of profit or otherwise) or any other claims for compensation arising from warranty issues.

11. Installation

Installation services, if requested, are supplied by manufacturer approved engineers. Installation work undertaken by the manufacturer’s engineers is warranted by the manufacturer. If the customer chooses to install themselves or sources third party engineers they are accepting responsibility for the work undertaken. In no part will the machine manufacturer or TT Commercial Trading Ltd. be responsible for the site services, pipe work, cabling and connections. Machines will not be covered under warranty for machine damage caused by the customer or the third party engineers.

12. Liability

TT Commercial Trading Ltd., will not be liable for any loss or damage (loss of profit or otherwise) or any other claims for compensation.

13. Special Offer Installation

Installation service under the current  'special offer' is offered under the following terms:

13a. The dishwasher only is included in the free fitting service. The site has to be clear with suitable working services within 1 metre of the machine

13b. Standard working hours apply. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Out of hours times are chargeable

13c. Existing machines should be removed before the date of install. If you require we can disconnect and remove the existing unit. This service is chargeable and we would need advance warning if this is required

13d. If the engineer is unable to complete the installation due to the site or services being unsuitable or the incorrect machine spec. being ordered then charges will be made for the engineer to revisit the site and complete the installation

13e. Cancellation of the installation requires 24hrs notice. Failure to do this will incur an additional call out charge for the engineer to attend on an alternative date

13f. The special offer installation does not include disconnection, adjustments or reconnecting of new or existing tabling. This service is available at extra cost

13g. If a site survey is required this will be chargeable and will require payment in advance

13h. In no way does this service include any work or adjustments to site services

13j. This offer is not available with any Hobart finance agreement. Payment in full is required

13k. This offer ends October 30th 2009 at 3pm. Any orders placed after this date will be subject to standard installation charges
