DELIVERY

Delivery is free of charge to any UK mainland site usually within 3 working days from receipt and payment of order for any machine. (Manual softeners and accessories excluded)

Timed deliveries are available on request at a cost of £55.00 + VAT

Delivery charges for manual water softeners is £15.00 + VAT

Delivery charges for accessories and chemicals start at £10.00 + VAT going up to a maximum charge of £15.00 + VAT

Delivery is contracted to a third party courier service and items are delivered on tail lift vehicles. If you require, the deliverers will also help you unpack and check your items before leaving for your peace of mind

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 9am - 5pm

Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to supply full information regarding the site and access. Any access issues should be clearly stated in advance. If upon arrival the deliverers cannot complete the task due to site access restrictions, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred, including re-stocking fees, re-deliveries, specialist equipment or additional man power
