DELIVERY
Delivery is free of charge to any UK mainland site usually within 3 working days from receipt and payment of order. (Manual softeners and accesories excluded)
Timed deliveries are available on request at a cost of £28.00 + VAT.
Delivery is contracted to Christian Salvesen and items are delivered on tail lift vehicles. If you require, the deliverers will also help you unpack and check your items before leaving for your peace of mind.

Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to supply full information regarding the site and access. Any access issues should be clearly stated in advance. If upon arrival the deliverers cannot complete the task due to site access restrictions, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred, including re-socking fees, re-deliveries, specialist equipment or additional man power.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank hoildays) between the hours of 9am - 5pm.
