The Hobart A200 is one of Hobarts biggest selling planetary mixers. With its 20 litre capacity and strong 3-speed gearbox, it is able to cope with the heavy demands of the busiest foodservice sites. The A200 is a relatively compact unit making it an incredibly useful food production tool as it can produce a large volume of mix from a small bench top footprint.
The A200-B1E is a single-phase unit and comes with built in timer, stainless steel bowl, beater, whip and hook as standard.
