The Hobart VPU100 vegetable preparation unit has a capacity of 5Kg production per minute with a selection of 18 blades that is designed for high speed dicing, slicing, grating, shredding and chopping – vegetables, fruit, bread and cheese. The unit is manufactured to the highest specification with wide hoppers that ensure maximum production with minimum preparation, with a number of built in safety features to safeguard the operator during use.
