Hobart manufacturers a range of Gas Charbroilers from 600mm to 1800mm in length. By using targeted heat control, Hobart has ensured heat is focused toward the cooking area which improves heat distribution and provides consistent, quality cooking results. Individual temperature controls mean you can cook a selection of foods at varying temperatures, all at once. It also allows for individual sections to be turned off during quieter periods, saving running costs. Using heated deflector plates instead of charcoal, these gas charbroilers are up to cooking temperature very quickly and are also incredibly easy to clean and maintain.
