Hobart manufacturers a variety of Charbroilers from 600mm to 1800mm in length. They utilise targeted heat control which guarantees heat is focused toward the cooking area to improve heat distribution and deliver consistent, quality cooking results. The Hobart charborilers allow you to cook a selection of foods at varying temperatures, all at once thanks to the individual temperature controls. It also allows for individual sections to be turned off during quieter periods, saving running costs. Using gas power and heated deflector plates instead of charcoal, Hobart charbroilers are up to cooking temperature very quickly and are also incredibly easy to clean and maintain.
