The Hobart Ecomax Chefmate HECMFE6HUWICP combi oven is a versatile 6-grid electric combination oven designed to accommodate 1/1 GN trays and pans.

With a full touch display with lots of features and the ability to set up to appliance to suit your own needs, making daily operations more straightforward and efficient. The HECMFE6 ensures even heat distribution throughout the oven chamber by using its reversing fan, with six fan speeds, and its 70mm space runners, delivering uniform cooking results.
