The HSM20 bench mounted mixer has the world renowed planetary action and a variable speed gearbox and is capable of mixing up to 20qt of product. 10qt accessories are available to convert this unit to the smaller capacity so that smaller batches can be produced. The HSM20-B1E offers enhanced anti-corrosion features, no longer will water and cleaning chemicals corrode the legs and body of the mixer. The rods and shafts are also Tuftrided for longevity and finished in a blended metallic paintwork.
