The Hobart Ecomax HEFRG74A is a gas freestanding fryer designed to be easy to use and maintain.The HEFRG74A has a large, front drainer which makes drain downs quicker and easier. This high performance gas fryer has a 14 litre oil capacity making it ideal for smaller operators. With a moulded and continuously welded tank it is incredibly reliable but also very easy to clean. For user safety the HEFRG74A has a shut-off system in case the oil starts to overheat.
