They are built with unique features such as the GeniusX filtration system and Intensiv wash cycle. Within our range we have units that have built-in heat recovery systems and we also offer double rack units for sites with such high levels of throughput such as prisons, schools and army barracks. The Hobart PREMAX AUPTW-10B passthrough dishwasher is a twin rack dishwasher with four plate racks, two open racks & two cutlery baskets. A 15 mm hood insulation enables it to retain further valuable energy during operation. The wash water does not lose heat through the hood which increases heat conservation and thereby saves valuable energy. The fully enclosed hood enhances the energy-saving effect. It does not come with tabling as standard but if necessary it can be added in the optional extras.
