The Hobart Premier Hood Dishwasher range is the most powerful and efficient available in the commercial marketplace. It consists of PROFI and PREMAX models and is designed to cope with the heaviest workloads in the largest and busiest kitchens.

They are built with unique features such as the GeniusX filtration system and Intensiv wash cycle. Within our range we have units that have built-in heat recovery systems and we also offer double rack units for sites with such high levels of throughput such as prisons, schools and army barracks.
