The Hobart PREMAX GCPROIW-10B is the first glasswasher in the world to deliver completely dry glasses. Hobart understand that drying glassware is laborious and time consuming. For that reason, they have integrated top-dry system into this unit. Top-dry uses humid air from the wash chamber and converts it into hot, dry air to deliver dry glasses. The GCPROIW-10B also features an Integral Reverse Osmosis system. The ROI system filters the water, removing any impurities and leaving your glassware clean and streak free. With a water consumption of 2 litres it is the most economical glasswasher on the market.
