Filled with all the same amazing features of the UP-10B, the Premax UPT-10B Utensil Washer from Hobart, also offers double the capacity compared to conventional twin rack utensil washers. With outstanding wash results thanks to its steam washing and direct detergent spraying systems and ease of use thanks to its easy-to-clean design and intuitive controls.

The UPT-10B utilises a whole host of features in order to deliver you the best possible wash results. With VAPO-ACTIVE Steam Washing the structure of encrusted dirt is broken down to eliminate even harder to remove soiling. Temperature is quickly increased, and the higher temperatures generated also increase the effectiveness of the detergent. The Direct Detergent Spraying System also helps tackle heavily burnt stains by directly spraying detergent onto the washware. The ROTOR-X Wash System uses 4-spoke wash arms to optimally distribute wash water, and using POWER Wash the UPT delivers enhanced water pressure by using wash arms with special impusle spray nozzles, and wash pumps with 200% higher performance.

Thanks to Hobart's VISIOTRONIC controls, using your utensil washer has never been easier. Utilising an intuitive single button control with a colour touchscreen, setting up wash cycles is a breeze. The button even has a remaining time indicator incorporated into it, so you can always tell how long is left on each cycle. With plenty of quality of life features to keep maintaining your machine as easy as possible, and increase its service life to the maximum. A refill signal tells you when it's time to refill chemicals, the blocked filter sensor likewise informs you whenever the filters need cleaning. With a hygiene programme for thorough and easy cleaning and CLIP-IN wash and rinse arms for easy removal and cleaning.
