The UXS-10B utensil washer from Hobart integrates all of the incredible feautres of the UX-10B, but additionally comes with an integral water softener. Both efficient and powerful, the UXS has been well-equipped to deal with high volumes of warewashing.

What makes a Utensil Washer better than conventional warewashers?

Utensil Washers are optimised to quickly and efficiently wash larger quantities of kitchenware. They are typically designed to cater for high-demand environments and are capable of handling higher throughput. As well as this, they tend to be more powerful and have a larger capacity, meaning either more utensils can be washed at once, or you can use it to instead wash larger utensils you couldn't typically fit in a standard warewasher. 

Incredible Power and Superior Hygiene

Thanks to Hobart's Rotor-X Wash system, the UXS excels at delivering exceptionally high performance. The 4-spoke wash arms allow for double the contact time of the water with the washware. It also increases washing efficiency by up to 100% when compared to other more conventional wash arms, and the wide-angled nozzles help to better distribute water coverage, resulting in a cleaner and more hygienic result. The Power Wash feature also provides strong wash pressure for removing even heavier dirt, further bolstering the quality of the results.

With the GENIUS-X²  fine filter system, water is constantly filtered before and during the wash cycle to maintain the cleanliness of the wash water. The system also self cleans, reducing the amount of manual cleaning required. For even greater hygiene a hygiene cycle can be run to quickly remove limescale deposits, clean soil residue, and remove bad smells.

Integral Water Softener

The UXS contains an integral water softener which works to prevent and remove limescale deposits, ensuring only clean water enters the machine. Effectively increasing the service life of your machine. This is particularly useful if you are in an area with hard water, which is more prone to limescale build up.
