The Profi UXTH-10B Utensil Washer from Hobart is a Pass Through Hood Model, allowing easier loading and unloading, in part due to its guide rail system, making emptying the machine an easy process. With a large capacity and plenty of features to deliver excellent wash results, the UXTH is one of the best warewashing solutions available.

High Capacity, Excellent Results

With plenty of space, the UXTH allows you to wash up to 6 bakery baskets, 16 baking sheets, or 3 EN containers at the same time. Increasing efficiency and reducing unnecessary waiting times. 

Featuring the ROTOR-X wash system, the unit utilises Hobart's 4-spoke wash arm design in order to optimally distribute wash water throughout the wash chamber, and with the POWER wash system strong water pressure is produced using special impulse spray nozzles on the wash arms, and wash pumps with 200% higher performance, in order to effectively eliminate even the toughest stains. With SENSO-ACTIVE Resource Management the system continually monitors the quality of the water, and the water consumption, constantly adjusting it to the optimal amount, ensuring there is no waste and reducing your operating costs by increasing efficiency. This gives reliable results even with higher levels of soiling, allows the unit to correct any operating errors, gives consistent regeneration of the wash water, and makes complete pump-out and refills unnecessary.

The GENIUS-X² Fine Filter System constantly works to keep the wash solution clean and free of particles at every stage of the wash process. Soil and food waste are collected in the strainer basket, ensuring they never reach the tank. Then collected fine soil is discharged from the machine, and any residual soil is collected during washing and pumped out. An extra benefit is that during the pump out process, the system automatically cleans itself. Reducing the need for any manual cleaning.

Start saving on your energy costs thanks to Hobart's east and convenient energy saving solution. The standard exhaust energy storage can significantly reduce your energy use. This is achieved using the all-round sealed hood which allows hot waste steam to stay within the system. Doing so allows the stored heat energy to be reused, which can give you potential savings of up to 2,600 kWh per year. Containing steam within the machine also improves the indoor climate as well.
