The Hobart Bonnet BCB1200-1 catering charbroiler is both user-friendly and easy to clean. Made to provide consistent cooking results, this is achieved thanks to its cast iron radiant burners, which evenly distribute heat towards the cooking area. This also means the charbroiler doesn't require any coal. It also uses 18% less energy and helps keep lower ambient temperatures.
With thermal efficiency targeting the cooking area, the Hobart Bonnet BCB1200-2 targets the cooking area, saving you up to 18% of energy use as well as reducing ambient temperatures. That's far from the only benefit of the BCB1200-2 however, it also provides even and consistent cooking results thanks to its eight iron cast radiant burners.
